Basic Fee:  $1,600​​

Non-Attorney Fees

Court Filing Fee  |  $338.00
This is the fee charged by the Bankruptcy Court to have your case filed.  

Credit Counseling |  $15/class
While you can choose to take your pre-filing credit counseling class with any vendor, we recommend www.debtorcc.org because it is relatively cheap and can be taken online.  This fee is paid directly to the credit counselor.  You must also take a post-filing class for the same price.  

Chapter 13 Fees:

Attorney Fees

File Chapter 13 for $1,500.00

The Chapter 13 attorney fee is paid over a three to five year period and is included in your repayment plan.  We can start your case and get you the bankruptcy protection you need for as little as $1,500.00.  The standard attorney fee allowed in the Northern District of California is $4,800 for a Chapter 13.  The majority of that fee is normally paid over a 3-5 year period.
